About Us
The Apothecary Tap is Banbury's only specialist craft beer bar and bottle shop.
Opened in April 2019, it is run by husband and wife team Rob and Karen. We specialise in small batch craft beers from independent brewers, both local and from around the globe, including a wide range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free beers.
The Apothecary Tap grew out of our passion for craft beer and the desire to bring this to Banbury.
Opening Hours
Keep an eye on this page and our socials as we are looking to extend our hours in the near future.
Dogs are welcome, as are children (until 7pm), although we request that children are never unattended in the bar area.

What we do
Currently we have 10 keg lines of carefully selected, ever changing beers with at least 2 box/bottled ciders and a variety of cans and bottles to drink in or takeaway.
We will be more than happy to help you select your beers and provide useful information about the breweries themselves.
